Cancelation Policy

  • Software development

  • Configuration

  • Automation

  • Programming

If the project has not yet started, Murmurense may evaluate the cancellation and, when applicable, offer a full refund, partial refund, or credit for future services.

2. Cancellation After the Project Has Started

Once work has begun, cancellation may not be eligible for a full refund.

This is because Murmurense may have already invested:

  • Time

  • Resources

  • Research

  • Creativity

  • Technological tools

  • Artificial intelligence processes

  • Design

  • Development

  • Production

In these cases, Murmurense may determine whether a partial refund, internal credit, or proportional delivery of the completed work is appropriate.

3. Personalized Services

The following services may not be cancellable once they have begun:

  • Personalized songs

  • Personalized videos

  • Personalized stories

  • Tales

  • Digital books

  • Covers

  • Narrations

  • Excel systems

  • Access systems

  • VBA macros

  • Automations

  • Applications

  • Software development

  • Promotional publications

  • Social media content

4. Cancellation by Murmurense

Murmurense reserves the right to cancel a project when:

  • The request violates our policies

  • The client provides false information

  • The client requests offensive, obscene, illegal, or inappropriate content

  • The client does not provide the necessary information

  • There is prolonged lack of communication

  • The project exceeds the initially agreed scope

  • Technical, legal, or creative limitations arise

In such cases, Murmurense may determine whether a refund, partial delivery, or cancellation without refund applies, depending on the progress and circumstances.

5. Scope Changes

If the client substantially changes the original idea after the project has begun, this may be considered a new project or may incur additional costs.

Examples of scope changes:

  • Completely changing the theme of a song

  • Requesting a completely different video

  • Changing the entire structure of a system

  • Adding modules not previously agreed upon

  • Requesting additional features

  • Changing the project’s objective

6. Lack of Client Response

If the client stops responding or does not provide the necessary information to continue, Murmurense may pause or cancel the project.

After a reasonable period without response, the project may be considered abandoned.

Abandoned projects are not guaranteed a refund.

7. Digital and Downloadable Products

Digital products, downloadable files, templates, digital books, resources, or delivered materials cannot be canceled once they have been sent, downloaded, or made available to the client.

8. Advertising and Promotions

Promotional publications, ads, or campaigns may be canceled before publication.

Once the promotion has been published or launched, cancellation or refund is not guaranteed.

9. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, the client must contact us through the official communication channels published on Murmurense and include:

  • Name

  • Contracted service

  • Date of request

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Project information

10. Cancellation Evaluation

Each request will be evaluated individually considering:

  • Type of service

  • Project progress

  • Resources used

  • Time invested

  • Deliverables generated

  • Reason for cancellation

Murmurense reserves the right to make the final decision regarding cancellations, credits, partial deliveries, or applicable refunds.
