The client assumes full responsibility for the content provided.

6. COPYRIGHT

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Murmurense retains the rights to its processes, methodologies, and tools

• The client receives usage rights over the delivered work according to the contracted service

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LIMITATIONS

Due to the nature of certain AI tools:

• We cannot guarantee absolute exclusivity

• We cannot guarantee that similar results will not be generated for other users through external AI systems

• We cannot guarantee automatic copyright protection in all jurisdictions

8. COMMERCIAL USE

The client is responsible for verifying that the commercial use of any content complies with applicable laws in their country or region.

9. SOFTWARE AND CODE

Regarding software, applications, macros, and automations:

• Code may be generated or assisted by AI

• The client must test it before using it in production

• We do not guarantee the complete absence of errors

• The client is responsible for validating its functionality for their specific case

10. PROHIBITED CONTENT

We will not use AI to generate content related to:

• Violence

• Discrimination

• Pornography

• Harassment

• Illegal activities

• Identity impersonation

• Offensive content

• Material that infringes third‑party rights

11. TRANSPARENCY

When appropriate, we may indicate that content was generated or assisted by artificial intelligence.
